Description
TECHNOLOGY:
Crushing with total destemming, fermentation in a stainless steel mill for one day and finishing in used barrels at 27°C, aged for about 6 months in used barrels and bottled after 18 months.

TASTING NOTE:
As its name implies, it is a wine with little color, intense and attractive aroma with perfect balance between fruit and wood. Strong flavor, silky and fresh tannins.
SERVICE:
To drink now or in the next ten years. Serve at 16°C without decanting. Accompanies all kinds of dishes.
