Description
TECHNOLOGY:
Crushing with total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats at 30°C, aging for 12 months in new and used barrels and bottling after 17 months.
GRAPES:
Tinta Roriz (Aragonese) on its own.
ANALYTICAL PARAMETERS:
Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Total Acidity: 5.2 g/L
Bottle size: 750ml
TASTING NOTE:
Loaded ruby, fruity and attractive aroma, which creates good expectations for the tasting in the mouth. Strong flavor, muscular tannins, typical of the variety, and great balance between alcohol and acidity.
SERVICE:
Serve at 16°C without decanting. Ideal to accompany strong oven dishes, such as leg of lamb.
