Description
TECHNOLOGY:
Fermented in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. With a brief passage in barrels, thus comes a wine of aroma to ripe fruit, with structure, balance and persistence at the end.
GRAPE TYPE:
Touriga Nacional e Aragonês.
ANALYTICAL PARAMETERS:
Alcohol: 13% vol. Total Acidity: 5,2 g/L Volatile Acidity: 0,55 g/L
TEST NOTE:
Ruby color, fruity and attractive aroma, creating good expectation for the mouth proof. Intense flavor, irreverent tannins, proper to the grape varieties, freshness of mouth and long finish.
SERVICE:
It should be enjoyed with more elaborate meat dishes, cheeses or sausages. It should be served at a temperature of 18 C. To drink now or in the next five years.
