Crushing with partial destemming, fermentation in stainless steel mills at 28-30°C, aging for 12 months in second year barrels and bottling after 10 months.

TASTING NOTE:
Loaded ruby, fruity and very attractive aroma, creating strong expectations for the tasting in the mouth. Strong flavor, velvety tannins, typical of the variety, and good balance between alcohol and acidity.
SERVICE:
Serve at 16°C without decanting. Ideal to accompany grilled meats, such as Mirandesa steak or black pork plumes. To drink now or in the next ten years.
