Description
TECHNOLOGY:
It is produced through the ancestral method. The wine is bottled during the harvest and alcoholic fermentation ends inside the bottle, leaving the fine lees in contact with the wine, with no subsequent filtration or addition of products. Gasification is a result of fermentation.

TASTING NOTE:
Citrine color, elegant aroma, integrated with the vinous fruit of Encruzado and Uva Cão. In the mouth it is soft and persistent. Fresh and balanced acidity.
