TECHNOLOGY:
Classic method, with fermentation in bottle between 14 and 15°C. The dégorgement took over after 24 months.
GRAPE TYPE:
Malvasia-Fina.
ANALYTICAL PARAMETERS:
Alcohol – 11,5 % vol. Total Acidity – 6,8g/L pH – 3,02
TEST NOTE:
Citrus yellow, fine and persistent bubble, delicate aroma. In the mouth it surprises by the freshness of acidity and lightness.
SKILLS:
To drink now or, ideally, in the next five years. Serve at 6-8°C. Ideal to accompany the meal from beginning to end or to celebrate the good times of life.
