Classic Method, with fermentation in bottle between 14 and 15°C. The disgorgement took place after 12 months.
GRAPES:
Touriga-Nacional and Alfrocheiro.

Total Acidity – 6.0 g/L
pH – 3.10

TASTING NOTE:
Ruby color and persistent bubble. In the mouth it surprises with the freshness of the acidity and lightness.
SERVICE:
To drink now or, ideally, in the next two years. Serve at 6-8°C. Ideal to accompany the meal from beginning to end or to celebrate the good moments of life.
