Crushing with total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats at 30°C, aging for 12 months in new and used barrels and bottling after 18 months.

Pinheira paint (Rufete).

TASTING NOTE:
Ruby, intense and attractive aroma with perfect balance between fruit and wood. Strong flavor, silky tannins, fresh and with an unmistakable aroma typical of the variety.
SERVICE:
To drink from now. Serve at 16°C without decanting. Ideal to accompany strong dishes, such as octopus à lagareiro or oven ribs.
