Crushing with destemming, without skin maceration and fermentation in cement vats at 16-18°C.
GRAPES:
Encruzado, Bical and Malvasia-Fina.
ANALYTICAL PARAMETERS:
Alcohol: 12.5% vol.
Total Acidity: 6.0 g/L
Reducing Sugars: < 1 g/L
pH – 3.3
Bottle size: 750ml
TASTING NOTE:
Citrus yellow, young, fruity, intense and attractive aroma. In the mouth it is a nice surprise, due to the freshness of the acidity, structure and elegant finish.
SERVICE:
Very ready to drink, recommended for fish dishes and salads. Serve at 8°C.
