TASTING NOTE:
Citrus yellow, austere aroma with a light touch of wood and some complexity. Strong flavor dominated by the freshness of the acidity, elegance and the structure of the grape variety. A white man who knows more than he smells.
SERVICE:
Serve at 10°C and consume with strong dishes, such as roasted cod, octopus à lagareiro or oven-roasted black pudding.
