Crushing with total destemming, fermentation was spontaneous with skin maceration for 15 days in stainless steel vats and aging for 6 months in used French oak barrels. The blend was made with 40% Encruzado, 30% Malvasia-Fina and 30% Cerceal-Branco grape varieties.

Straw yellow, delicate aroma, creating expectations for the tasting in the mouth. Intense flavor, fresh, elegance, with enormous complexity.
To drink now, but with an enormous aging potential, which will allow it to acquire great complexity. Serve at 16°C without decanting. Ideal to accompany grilled crustaceans, delicate fish or white meats.
