Crushing with total desengace, fermentation in stainless steel tank at 28-30°C, with prolonged maceration, 12-month stage in new and second year barrels and bottling after 16 months.

Intense ruby, fruity and attractive aroma, creating good expectation for the mouth test. Intense flavor, irreverent tannins, proper to the grape variety, freshness of mouth and long finish.
Serve at 16°C without decanting. Ideal to accompany the goat roasted in a wood oven. To drink now or for the next fifteen years.
