TASTING NOTE:
Citrus yellow, delicate aroma, little exuberant and creating expectations for tasting. Intense flavor, uniqueness, fresh, and complex o the great nature of the variety.
SERVICE:
To drink now, but with an enormous aging potential, which can acquire great complexity. Serve at 10°C without decanting. Ideal to accompany grilled crustaceans, delicate fish or white meats.
